Another major step forward has been achieved for Urbo’s Canal Road Urban Village Partnership with Bradford Council. The Council’s Executive committee has now approved the masterplan for New Bolton Woods ‘as a material planning consideration’ in anticipation of an Outline Planning Application for the project in Spring 2013. The project is a flagship Council’s impressive regeneration plans for the City and they have been working in partnership with Urbo for several years to deliver an innovative sustainable urban village at New Bolton Woods.
