The Scheme
New Bolton Woods is an exciting and ambitious £150 million mixed-use scheme in Bradford, being delivered by our sister company Urbo Regeneration Limited in conjunction with the local authority, Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council.
Covering more than 30 hectares of land, the New Bolton Woods scheme is a residential led regeneration scheme, which aims to deliver up to 1,000 new homes within the area, some of which will be affordable, to create a new sustainable neighbourhood to the north of Bradford centre.
Local Centre
In 2019 a Costa Coffee café and drive-thru opened on Canal Road which was closely followed in spring 2020 a new 1,700sqm ALDI food store, creating around 40 jobs. This provides a new central hub which underpins the residential development, providing a new local centre for all of the residents of New Bolton Woods.
An additional retail unit of 10,000 sq ft is available adjacent to the Aldi supermarket and we would be interested to hear from any interested parties in this regard or through our appointed agents here.

Residential Delivery
Phase 1 of the New Bolton Woods development began in 2013 with the creation 50 new two, three and four-bedroom homes situated off Poplars Park Road, which are all now sold. Phase 2, comprising 150 two, three and four bedroom homes is currently being built by Keepmoat Homes and is currently just over 50% complete with properties now selling off-plan. The Future
