Urbo has submitted a hybrid planning application for the first phase of its New Bolton Woods project in Bradford.The scheme for 139 houses includes a first phase of 46 detailed designs with the balance being submitted for outline consent. The design work has been led by OMI Architects and a decision is expected later this year. The land has been allocated for housing for many years and will mark the start of Urbo’s New Bolton Woods project.
